Sea turtle strong! Families of all kinds are welcome and loved at Sanderlin. Moms, dads, grandparents, caregivers (and every variation and combination of the above) all have something in common: we love our students.
Sanderlin’s curriculum and IB framework centers around student inquiry, where teachers and students find connections among all subjects including the arts. This approach fosters knowledgeable and caring young people, supports reflective practice, and inspires “taking action” to make the world a better place. The philosophy and practice of this international program encourages a more peaceful world by helping children become responsible global citizens.
Our job as the supporters are to help our teachers teach, our students learn, and our vision thrive. That’s where the members of the Sanderlin PTSA can shine.
T-shirts, hoodies, car magnets, oh my! If you’re looking for Sanderlin gear you’re in the right place. Click the button below and you’ll be re-directed to our school spirit wear page!
These private Facebook groups are an excellent way to communicate with fellow members of our school. They were created by parents to stay connected and build a stronger bond with fellow caregivers. We encourage you to join and participate in your group and form connections that further enhance your student’s experience in their journey of life-long learning.
Please note that while members of the PTSA may be members of the groups below, PTSA does not act as their administrators. We have simply gathered the information to help facilitate their use within our awesome ecosystem!
Be sure to check out our official James B Sanderlin PTSA Facebook page as well! Many school events are run through the event feature and it’s a great way to stay connected.
We want to hear from YOU! Do you know why we are a PTSA and not a PTA? Because of you, our Students! You put the “S” in PTSA!
Your membership gives you a voice that can help shape your school. We are looking for more involvement from our students and want to hear directly from you to help you and your fellow students succeed.
If you have a suggestion, please let us know. You never know until you ask, and you’ll never see change until you SPEAK UP! Use your voice.
